When you register for a How to Date Over 50 masterclass or any co-hosted event on this website, please be aware of the following:

Co-host access to your information: Masterclasses hosted on MsMeganWessels.com may feature expert co-hosts and collaborative partners. By registering for a co-hosted masterclass, you acknowledge and agree that your registration information — including your first name and email address — may be shared with the named co-host(s) of that specific event.

How your information may be used by co-hosts: Co-hosts may use your contact information to send you information related to their own services, offerings, or communications. Each co-host is responsible for their own data practices and communications.

Opting out: If you do not wish to receive communications from a masterclass co-host, you may unsubscribe from their communications directly using the unsubscribe link in any email they send you.

Our communications: Your registration also adds you to the MsMeganWessels.com masterclass notification list. You may unsubscribe from our communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails.

4. COACHING SERVICES

All coaching services offered through MsMeganWessels.com are for educational and personal development purposes only. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Results are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes will vary based on personal circumstances, effort, and readiness.

5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

All payments for coaching services, programs, and masterclasses are processed securely. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

• Masterclasses are non-refundable once the event has taken place

• Coaching packages are non-refundable once sessions have begun

• Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time and will not renew after the current billing period

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, masterclasses hosted on MsMeganWessels.com are live only. No recording or replay will be made available to general registrants. Replay access, where available, is reserved exclusively for designated membership tiers as described at the time of purchase.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
